1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Somatics for Non-Violent Communication:  A group discussion and experiential workshop by Blaize Hall of Weeping Willow Wellness

Gather together for this workshop which explores how we can use somatics to hack our interpersonal communication.  Do you ever feel dysregulated during a conversation?  Maybe the topic pisses you off.  Maybe someone you are close to is freaking the efffff out and you start to do the same?  Maybe it's just a conversation you've had for what seems like the thousandth time and you don't feel able to draw a boundary, so instead you zone out, letting the other person drone on and on....Good news!  SOMATICS CAN HELP!

Maybe you've heard, Soma is the greek root word for BODY.  Somatics are body based practices that bio-hack your lived experience.  They can help you get unstuck from your head, back into your perceiving body.  They can help you tune into your deep inner knowing that starts in your body.  They can help you move excessive energy that is firing you up into a constructive and healthy, safe dialogue.  They can help you self-soothe and regulate your nervous system, so you have increased capacity to be present with the big feelings of others without becoming overwhelmingly activated yourself.

Come hangout for an hour as we discuss and experience what it means to create non-violent communication in our lives, what we want, and how we can get more of it with SOMATICS.

2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Portrait Loo by CompoCloset - come have your portrait taken on the CompoCloset Cuddy, post your portrait to your IG/FB for a chance to win a Cuddy.

4:00 pm Empowering Your Mind: Building a Mental Health Toolkit with Tern Overland Join us for a chat on the critical topic of mental health for solo female travelers and vanlifers. Just like we equip ourselves with physical tools for safety and emergencies on the road, it's equally important to prioritize our mental well-being. In this discussion, we'll explore the concept of creating a mental health toolkit tailored to the unique challenges and adventures of life on the road. From coping strategies for loneliness and anxiety to self-care practices and resources for seeking support, this chat aims to empower you with practical insights and tools to prioritize your mental health while embracing the freedom of solo travel and vanlife. Let's ensure our mental well-being is as well-equipped as our physical gear.

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM - Sound bath with SolVibrations. Solvibrations is a unique mix of Dance, Meditation and Sound Bath, bringing ancient wisdom and current sounds for a transformative experience. 7:30 pm Full Moon Fire Release Ceremony with Blaize Hall of Weeping Willow Wellness

The Full Moon is such a JUICY time to RELEASE am I right?!   In this ceremony, we will engage in a moving meditation to activate our soma (body), our gut brain and get super present together.  We will have some time to journal and then optionally share what it is we want to release.  Releasing can include ANYTHING!  Cord cutting, positive celebrations, negative thought feedback loops, addictions, things that no longer serve us, or big gratitudes we want to share are all welcome.  We will then have the chance to release into the fire under the full moon.  The fire, just like US, has space to hold the multiplicity of our experience.  The fire will burn and transmute the things we offer over in this ceremony, creating fertile space for calling in the New under our next NEW MOON in April.  See you by the fire!
